We offer individualized and effective services that are outcome driven. We focus on positive approaches, are child-centered, family-focused, community-based, and use least restrictive and least intrusive methods. We are culturally sensitive and collaborate with multiple systems to achieve goals that are of social significance. All staff are closely supervised using Board Certified Behavioral Analysis standards and we and our staff are parents of children with autism

We actively reach out to pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals in order to establish reliable referal sources and offer value-added services to clients and the community at large...We welcome behavioral health rehabilitation services referals.


Clinical Behavior Management (CBM) using the philosophy of the science of human behavior.

• BCBA/BCABA supervision and mentoring, as well as clinical/corporate consultations.

• Planning, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans using proprietary evidenced-based strategies and interventions.
 
• Discrete Trial and verbal behavior program development.

• Applied Behavior Analysis Home program development.

• Face-to –Face, Video, Telephone and E-mail Conferences and Consultations.
 
• Provide I.E.P support, school, home, and community consultations.

• Development of Functional Behavior Analysis/Assessments, and other assessments.

• Provider of proprietary behavioral data collection/data tracking system.

 Individual, group, and workshop sessions available on BACB (bacb.com) task list topics.

• Communicate with third party and public agency workers, and submit reviews/reports as needed.

• Participate with management/administration in developing, implementing and evaluating programs and services to maintain progressive and effective programming.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and other staff meetings as necessary to develop and maintain effective communication and relationships.

• Consult with psychiatrists and psychologists as necessary.

                                                   ABA Therapists/Behavior Analyst

ABA Therapists needed for positions in the home/school/community settings in Northern/Central New Jersey, North Eastern Pennsylvania, New York. An individual with ABA therapy experience would be very helpful, but we will train. There is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who trains and monitors the program on a regular basis. Criteria for ABA Therapists/Behavior Analyst- Support Staff



(We can provide most if not all of 40 hours needed below!)



Applicants must meet A, B, C and D at the support staff level



A. Education: Applicants must meet one of the following criterion:



1. Master’s degree; or


2. RN or LPN without bachelor’s degree or

3. Bachelor’s degree; or


4. No degree with two years completed in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or related fields.

B. Training: 40 hours minimum in applied behavior analysis by recognized organization such as:

 A United States or Canadian institution of
§
higher education fully or provisionally accredited by a regional, state, provincial or national accrediting body; or

 A Joint Commission
§
or Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accredited health care facility; or

 A private agency whose primary business
§
activity is the delivery of services to children with developmental disabilities and whose governing board includes one or more BCBAs; or



§
Web-based instruction provided by an accredited institution of higher education.

C. Supervision:

 No
§
fewer than two hours every two weeks of formal, documented supervision with the behavior analyst - master’s/doctoral level or behavior analyst - bachelor’s level who is supervised by a behavior analyst - master’s/doctoral level. The supervisory relationship must be described in a formal, written document.

D. Applicants also must meet the following:

1. Covered by professional liability insurance to limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate through their employer or group; (if not professional liability insurance, then covered under general liability insurance through employer or group);

2. May not have Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from participation in Federally funded programs (OIG-LEIE listing);

3. Must have a completed criminal background check to include federal criminal, state criminal, county criminal and sex offender reports for the state and county in which the support staff is currently working and residing. Evidence of this background check is provided by the employer(s). Criminal background checks must be performed at the time of hire and updates performed at least every five years thereafter
