At Applied Behavioral Solutions, LLC., our mission is to bring to bear the latest technologies to address behavioral issues from Austim Spectrum Disorders to Organizational Behavioral issues of concern.
Our Philosopy:
We believe in the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, and this drives our practice style, yet other modalities are always considered on a case by case basis for additional effectiveness. We offer individualized and effective services that are outcome driven. We focus on positive approaches, are child-centered, family-focused, community-based, and use least restrictive and least intrusive methods. We are culturally sensitive and collaborate with multiple systems to achieve goals that are of social significance. All staff are closely supervised using Board Certified Behavioral Analysis standards and we and our staff are parents of children with autism.

We actively reach out to pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals in order to establish reliable referal sources and offer value-added services to clients and the community at large...We welcome behavioral health rehabilitation services referals.
Clinical Behavior Management (CBM) using the philosophy of the science of human behavior.
• BCBA/BCABA supervision and mentoring, as well as clinical/corporate consultations.
• Planning, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans using proprietary evidenced-based strategies and interventions.
• Discrete Trial and verbal behavior program development.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Home program development.
• Face-to –Face, Video, Telephone and E-mail Conferences and Consultations.
• Provide I.E.P support, school, home, and community consultations.
• Development of Functional Behavior Analysis/Assessments, and other assessments.
• Provider of proprietary behavioral data collection/data tracking system.
• Individual, group, and workshop sessions available on BACB (bacb.com) task list topics.
• Communicate with third party and public agency workers, and submit reviews/reports as needed.
• Participate with management/administration in developing, implementing and evaluating programs and services to maintain progressive and effective programming.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and other staff meetings as necessary to develop and maintain effective communication and relationships.
• Consult with psychiatrists and psychologists as necessary.
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) using Applied Behavior Analysis principals to improve corporate efficiency and effectiveness.
